GOT GOD??  Hear Rumors About God? Friend, God isn't dead. God isn't an unapproachable, unknowable being.  God is for real!  I know, because I have established a living, vital relationship with Him.  I know Him, and He knows me.  I am not just fooling myself with some abstract ethical code, or some misplaced moral philosophy.  I am talking about a relationship with God who heals my brokenness, and continually gives me supernatural peace, joy, understanding, wisdom, power over circumstances, and a love that will blow your mind.   How about you?  Does you God do these things for you?   Friend, I am not telling you this to kill time or because I have nothing better to do. I love you!  I don't care who you are or what you've done.  My God has given me a love for you that passes beyond human understanding; a love so great, I am compelled to do all I can to help you open your eyes to the life God can give you. I'm not talking religion, philosophy, ethics, laws, or even the Ten Commandments.  Friend, I'm talking about the real, living God of the Bible.  That's right.  The God that heals the sick, raises the dead, gives life in place of mere human existence.  The God that is longing to do these things for you. Friend, God created you with free will.  You can accept or reject this God.  He won't force you to do anything. Don't be put off by some bad experience you've had with a church, or a run-in you may have had with some religion.  I'm not talking about that.  I'm talking about you and God.  That's all. Jesus said, "I came that you could have life, and life abundantly (John 10:10)."  He wasn't kidding around.  He knew what He was saying. Jesus isn't advocating a philosophy, or prescribing a set of morals to follow.  He simply says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him (Revelation 3:20)." Jesus claims that He'll come into your life and turn you on with love.  He claims that He'll give you the power to truly become alive, to rule over fear and doubt, to become a child of God.  He claims that He can do these things for you because He is God.   Friend, there are no two ways about it.  Jesus is either a blatant liar or God.   Jesus said that He would give you the peace and the love you've been searching for. Don't cop out on yourself!  Put Jesus to the test and find out for yourself if He is God or not!  Take the time to read the gospel of John in the New Testament, and meet the real Jesus. Jesus will reveal Himself to you, as He did to me.  Ask Jesus to give you the abundant life that He promised to all who seek Him with their hearts.  He will come into your life and make you the person you were meant to be.  You will find a purpose for living.  Give yourself a chance!  Give God a chance!
