All students who
participate in any youth events off the First Covenant
Church campus and/or overnight events need to have a
Medical Information Form on file for the current
school year. Please ask Melanie if you are unsure
if you have turned in that form, you can print a copy of
that form

Each event will require a specific permission form as
well.
If you missed the last
parent meeting please print and fill in the Parent
Survey found
HERE so Melanie knows how to best serve your family.
